We take pride in producing only the best quality prints. For this reason, you can order confidently knowing we offer will do our best to provide a high-quality product that will be enjoyed by our customers.

If an item is damaged during shipment, contact us as soon as possible, but no later than a week (7 days) of receiving your damaged print so can make appropriate arrangements to have the damaged product replaced. To expedite the process please take some photos of the outer packaging, damaged prints/product so you can provide them to us.

If you believe the item was damaged during manufacture, contact us as soon as possible so that a determination can be made if an exchange is required.

No refunds or exchanges will be given for mistakes in ordering. Please double check and ensure that the print size, image and format is correct before placing your order. Also, please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly so that your prints arrive promptly. Adrian Howell Photos is not responsible for deviations in color due to due to external direct or ambient light sources and their effect as reflected off of the printed item.
